The Coffee Daily (17 May)

A free saturday morning, so we decided to have breakfast together. not wanting to travel too far, we decided to go to The Coffee Daily. We place our order at the counter before we go to our seats. Since it was a rainy morning and still early. It was only about early 10+am then so there werent many people. I believe, we were one of their first customers. haha

The decor at The coffee daily is a little on the retro side. Recently, i found that many cafes are adopting this kind of 'messy' feel as in they try to get all kind of antique furniture from anywhere and put it into their shopfront. . meaning they dun have uniform furniture but it kinda created a character of their own.

Fooling around with the decors before food

My ice mocha

Mr Cheong's hot mocha which was recommended by the staff. but, Mr Cheong preferred my ice mocha instead. I didnt taste his hot mocha though

Mr Cheong's smoked salmon croissant came with scrambled egg and salad

My ham and egg croissant came with salad and chips.Mr Cheong kept stealing my chips ..zzzz My set is actually cheaper compared to Mr Cheong's

Both of us find the salad especially good. The condiments which they used is fruity in taste and especially good. It removes the bitterish taste from the vegetables. It was also served with cranberries. The chips which came with my set taste like ruffles chips which caused Mr Cheong to crave for it after that, and we went tot the supermarket to get a packet.

Well we had a wonderful breakfast there. We finished every single little thing on the plate when Im not even a veg eater and I was so full that I almost fall asleep soon after my breakfast. will definitely patronise again
