Finally we decided to just pay $10 to try our luck....
On 26 August, 1 month from our bto application, we received news from hdb.

All the flat type were over subscribed!  Mr Cheong booked for us a 4room flat.. which means we only got like 8% of getting our flat and guess what???? we got it! This is our very first application and we got a unit which we can call our own...
