Review for Grand Seasons Hotel, KL
Went to KL again over the weekend... (16-17 June)
The last time we stayed in this hotel was a few years back. It was near to titiwangsa which is where im supposed to have my photoshoot at. It seemed to have undergone some upgrading? as it looked much better than our previous stay.
The lobby area
Value for money. We booked our room without breakfast. We knew that we would be arriving late in the night and will not be able to make it for their breakfast. The room was clean and spacious.
The corridor on #27
Even though we did not book their breakfast, we were given coupon for 20% discount for their breakfast and lunch. Cant remember if it is valid for dinner. we stayed in room 2735.
My fiance left his England Jersey in the hotel room. He only remembered it the next day after checking out. We tried calling back to their lost and found. the 1st person who attended to us called us to call back half an hour later. We called back after an hour, another person answered the phone, unaware of what happened.. said that he will go n check and make us leave our contact number and claimed that he will call us back... DID NOT. We called back afew hours later... yet another person answered the phone.. not sure what was going on yet told us that they cant find it... -_-"
