Taichung minsu review : 逢甲浪漫蒔尚 (Part 1)

without options, I have chosen to stay with them.. not that bad actually but the room doesnt look as good as the photos shown on the website?
The lady (sorry I didnt know her name) met us after we have alighted from bus 160 to walk us to the room. It was just maybe a 5 minutes walk.
This is the room we stayed on the first night 26 Feb 2014
The size is ok since there are only the 2 of us.

This room is basically clean but we didnt really like the bed. The bed seems to be quite old and doesnt seem to be able to support the weight of Mr Cheong. The whole bed feels like going to collapse any moment

The small fridge.. and the kettle.. this room is equipped with a electric kettle but the next room which we stayed in didnt... However, there is a common 'water cooler' at the end of the corridor which provides both hot and cold water.

I actually like all the wall stickers in the room!

and the idea of having a 'sit on the floor' near the window concept.. but.. of cause we didnt have time to really sit there to enjoy tea during our trip.... we travelled till past mid night everyday in taichung.

I like the lamp too.

The small dressing table...

The design of the dressing table doesnt really fit the rest of the decorations in the room though.. thought that a white dressing table will fit better here but.. nonetheless it manages to serve its purpose.

The toilet for this room is small and clean....

I will say this minsu is definitely basic. though towels and toiletries were provided... It is definitely not for the fussy- though it is clean but a little run down.

However, location wise it is definitely recommended since it is near to fengjia night market
